A resident of Loveland for over 12 years, she was born and raised in Minnesota, after which she lived in NW Iowa for 15 years. Judy has been with Tax Specialists for four years, after eight-year employment with a small, local CPA firm. She specializes in all types of tax filings, from individuals and Corporations to Trusts/Estates and Tax-Exempt Organizations. Dave Haughey, Enrolled Agent, has been preparing taxes since 2004. He has a degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and a Computer Science degree from Colorado State University. He has a full-time job with the South Fort Collins Sanitation District. He is married and has two children. His hobbies include bike riding, umpiring baseball and softball, and have been a coach with the Loveland Baseball Association. Deborah Schmidt, Enrolled Agent, is an “almost” native Lovelander as she has been here most of her adult life with the exception of a short four-year business assignment in Australia. She previously spent an extended career in high technology companies with her expertise in marketing and financing, including leasing and asset management. She earned her MBA from the University of Colorado with an emphasis in finance. Her views on tax preparation and all it entails are that it is a partnership between her and the client to objectively achieve the best financial outcome possible for the client within legal boundaries. Her primary interest is to make the most of every day and make the best out of every situation.

John Snider, Enrolled Agent, has been preparing taxes since 1974 (over 40 years). After having a career as a Fighter Pilot in the US Air Force, he entered a new career as a tax preparer and owned the Income Tax Center in Colorado Springs. In 1983, he completed the MBA program at the University of Colorado/Colorado Springs with an emphasis in Accounting and Information Systems. With the increasing complexity of the tax code and the demands on the tax preparer community, he completed the requirements and testing to become licensed by the US Treasury Department as an Enrolled Agent in 1993. John specializes in Individual, Self Employed, Corporate, Partnership, and Estate & Trust tax preparation. He enjoys working with many different clients and situations in order to provide the tax-paying community with the best tax preparation and planning information available. In the summer of 2014, he and his wife moved to Loveland to be nearer to family members.

Julie Wallendorff, Registered Tax Return Preparer, has been preparing taxes for fifteen years and prepared over 250 tax returns last year.
